Citi Parks Promotes Healthy Living for Seniors

Citi Parks in Pittsburgh is promoting healthy active living at their South Side Market House Healthy Active Living Center, located at 1201 Bingham Street. The center, directed by Kristin Coyne, offers a variety of activities and services aimed at seniors aged 60 and older.
The workout room is open daily from 8 AM to 3 PM but requires individuals to be registered in advance. The center's regular hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, with free parking available for all members. Specific hours for parking are from 10 AM to 3 PM, and individuals must be inside the center during this time.
The center features a schedule of events for December, including:
- Blood Pressure screenings on December 2, 10, and 11 at 9 AM
- Meditation, Dance & Laughter sessions led by Renee on December 3 at 11 AM
- Piano lessons with Judy on December 4 at 9 AM
- Candy Cane Bingo on December 5 at 11 AM
- A "Matter of Balance" workshop by UPMC on December 6 from 9 AM to 10:30 AM
- Walking laps on December 6 at 10 AM
- A Holiday Card Craft event on December 10 at 1 PM
